六月十七日，根據(jù)官方消息，Starknet 生態(tài)貸款協(xié)議 Nostra 官方表示，NSTR 申請已經(jīng)開放，申請窗口將在北京時(shí)間 2024 年 9 月 13 日 22 時(shí)關(guān)閉。
